Eight years ago I started managing social media for brands. One client became three, three became ten, and suddenly I was running an agency — TomerClicks — out of my apartment in Buenos Aires, juggling $50K/month in ad budgets with a team of me.
The math didn't work. Ten clients, one person, and a content calendar that never ended. So I started automating everything I could: content pipelines, CRM workflows, reporting, social scheduling. First with scripts, then with n8n and AI APIs.
Within a few months, I'd saved myself 20+ hours a week. Same clients, same quality — I just wasn't drowning anymore. That's when other business owners started asking: “Can you build that for me?”
Now that's what I do full-time. I build the systems I wish I'd had from day one — and I build them for people who are exactly where I was: good at what they do, buried in the work around it.
